DIY Peplum

I love peplum.  On tops. On skirts.  You name it.  Somehow though, I have none!  So I took a a-line blouse-y top and belted it at the waist until it flared out, a-la-peplum.  Works for me!

Shoes: Target (fyi they're oxfords that are much cuter with ankle length pants, and I would have preferred sandals, but this was the day of the "monsoon" and I needed closed toes...)
