Bonded

Emberly LOVES her auntie Danielle.  She insists, in fact, that they are twins.  They're hanging out right now, certainly strengthening their bond and increasing their powers.

Some of you might remember a while back when Bauer and I participated in a pro-breastfeeding campaign for the state of Nevada.  Our photo was featured in their 2012 calendar and we also received a free nursing portrait print.  I love having this special part of our lives memorialized.  What was unexpected though, was that our photo would be chosen for billboards throughout Las Vegas!  They've already been taken down but here are some photos.

Just Add Pants

Emberly and I have a secret for winterizing our favorite spring and summer pieces.  You guessed it, just put pants/leggings underneath.  Voila!

Distracted by NYE

We spent New Year's weekend trying to distract Bauer from the pain of getting multiple teeth at once, including two molars.  His existence lately is made up of interrupted sleep and a nearly constant tantrum.  Poor baby {poor mom and dad LOL}.

This last trip to see my mom and siblings, Emberly unleashed her guilelessly brutal honesty on them, the way only a 4yo can.  I think she gave them plenty of fodder for their new year's resolutions (hey, auntie, found a place yet?).

It was hard for me to pick outfit pictures for today's post.  Damon was acting goofy in many.  I took a few with my girlfriend, but my shoes are cut off or it's out of focus.  The choice was pretty much made for me!
