I voted several days ago, but exciting none-the-less.
When I was 20-22, I took several political science courses and really liked them. But being an already cynical, confrontational person, mixed with the know-it-all-ness of that age(who am I kidding, I'm still a chronic know-it-all LOL), I was kind of an angry person. I found myself being prejudiced and presumptuous about people. So I purposely distanced myself and tried not to keep up with politics. I half succeeded. I try not to really talk about them, especially with family that I know don't agree with me. But I do still get swept into it all.
It'll be interesting to see what happens!
